May 2021 – Update on Coronavirus/Covid-19

Following the latest government announcement, Tempest Management Training will be gradually returning with face to face teaching and assessment, where we able we will coninue with remote learning as the main source of training. This means appointments will still be carried out remotely to support learners, advise and set targets via the phone or video call. Online learning portfolios and resources are available to support distance learning. We are making sure alternative arrangements for learners who can’t access online resources are made, such as posting resources or equipment. Please be assured that the wellbeing of our learners, staff and employers is our priority and we’re taking steps to protect everyone and ensure that learning can continue with as few disruptions as possible.

Staying safe online

Tempest Management Training take Covid-19 very seriously and continue to follow the latest government guidance for employers to make sure we protect our learners and staff. It is even more important now than ever to make sure we are being safe online. Cyber bullying is becoming increasingly more common, many people are working from home and spending lots of time online. We have been ensuring our learners have the correct guidance and know the importance of staying safe online and what to do if they are experiencing any problems.
