September 2021 – Covid-19 Update
Following the latest government advice, Tempest Management Training will be gradually returning with face to face teaching and assessments. We will coninue with remote learning where necessary meaning appointments will still be carried out remotely to support learners, advise and set targets via the phone or video call. Online learning portfolios and resources are also available to support distance learning. We are making sure alternative arrangements for learners who can’t access online resources are made, such as posting resources or equipment. Our staff are now back in the office and where possible our learner coaches will be carrying out regular face to face visits.
Please be assured that the wellbeing of our learners, staff and employers is our priority and we’re taking steps to protect everyone and ensure that learning can continue with as few disruptions as possible.
Staying safe online
Tempest Management Training take Covid-19 very seriously and continue to follow the latest government guidance for employers to make sure we protect our learners and staff. It is even more important now than ever to make sure we are being safe online. Cyber bullying is becoming increasingly more common, many people are working from home and spending lots of time online. We have been ensuring our learners have the correct guidance and know the importance of staying safe online and what to do if they are experiencing any problems.
