Margaret has a diverse range of knowledge and expertise in leadership, management and training having previously worked in senior roles within a wide range of industries for over twenty years before joining the company in 2001, with a proven track record in three major disciplines of People Management, Operations and Training and Development of People.
DirectorWith over 20 years experience of education and skills Monique has held senior roles in private and public sector organisations. With a background in qualification and programme development supporting the needs of businesses across a wide range of sectors Monique has lead key initiatives at National level that support business development and growth.
Operations ManagerRyan joined Tempest Management Training 3 years ago and has developed into the operations manager in the last two years with the company. Ryan manages the relationships with clients and stakeholders alongside the operations delivery of the training team. Ryan liaises and networks and manages contracts and finance across a variety of projects and programmes.
Dave is responsible for the day to day efficient running of the office, organising and supervising the administrative activities that support the team at Tempest Management Training.
Dave brings a wealth of finance, administration and IT experience with him to Tempest Mangemanet Training.
Marketing & Development ExecutiveKatrina has a creative background in Graphic Design and Marketing, recently joining the company she has transferred her skills to develop the business. Alongside studying, Katrina has held various positions working with customers in different environments and organisations which has provided her with the knowledge and confidence to maintain relationships and responsibilities.
Trainer / Assessor in Leadership & Management and Health & Social CareDenise has been working in the Health and Social Care sector for over 30 years starting as a care assistant, moving on to nurse training qualifying as a registered nurse, Denise has held various senior roles in the Health and Social Care sector with this vast experience in health and social care. Denise provides information, advice and guidance to apprentices and individuals alike.
Trainer / Assessor in Leadership and Management and Health & Social Care /Functional Skills LeadPete has over 25 years’ experience working in health and social care in support and management roles in a variety of settings. This includes domiciliary care, physical disability and mental health and predominantly learning disability services. Pete is committed to supporting people to develop and succeed in their personal and professional lives, and to meet their diverse learning needs.
Trainer / Assessor in Leadership & ManagementClare studied Psychology and Social Science at Nottingham Trent University. Before joining the company she worked as a Project Manager. Clare has a passion for the Health & Social Care sector, she promotes professional and personal development, working with others to achieve their full potential.

Before she joined Tempest Management Training Lisa was Director of Advocacy Alliance. Lisa has a vast amount of knowledge in leading and managing both businesses and teams.
Gary was head of Industrial Engineering, Production and Planning for Crystal Martin International, having spent 20 years in the manufacturing and logistics sector. Gary is responsible for delivering a range of programmes including Customer service, Leadership and Management, and the Education, Assessing and Quality Assurance suite of qualifications.
Gary is a qualified Assessor, IQA and EQA, and ensures the delivery of our programmes meet the exacting standards required by Ofqual and our awarding organisations.
