Margaret Tempest

Managing Director + Leadership + Mangement Assessor

Margaret has a diverse range of knowledge and expertise in leadership, management and training having previously worked in senior roles within a wide range of industries for over twenty years before joining the company in 2001, with a proven track record in three major disciplines of People Management, Operations and Training and Development of People.

Dave Tempest

Office Manager

Dave is responsible for the day to day efficient running of the office, organising and supervising the administrative activities that support the team at Tempest Management Training. Dave brings a wealth of finance, administration and IT experience with him to Tempest Mangemanet Training.

Katrina Tempest

Business Development + Client Mangement + Leadership and Management Assessor

 Katrina has held various positions working with customers in different environments and organisations which has provided her with the knowledge and confidence to maintain relationships and responsibilities within TMT.  

Pete Williams

Trainer / Assessor in Leadership and Management and Health & Social Care /Functional Skills Lead

Pete has over 25 years’ experience working in health and social care in support and management roles in a variety of settings. This includes domiciliary care, physical disability and mental health and predominantly learning disability services. 

Clare Howarth

Trainer / Assessor in Leadership & Management

Clare studied Psychology and Social Science at Nottingham Trent University. Before joining the company she worked as a Project Manager. Clare has a passion for the Health & Social Care sector, she promotes professional and personal development, working with others to achieve their full potential.

Denise Trueman

Trainer / Assessor in Leadership & Management and Health & Social Care

Denise has been working in the Health and Social Care sector for over 30 years starting as a care assistant, moving on to nurse training qualifying as a registered nurse, Denise has held various senior roles in the Health and Social Care sector with this vast experience in health and social care. Denise provides information, advice and guidance to apprentices and individuals alike.

Kath’s role is to supporting our clients with funding streams, generating new business leads and supporting businesses in developing their workforce. Kath has held various positions looking after clients and providing a outstanding service.
