End Point Assessment
Apprentices must undertake an independant EPA which is a assessment of the knowledge, skills and behaviours that have been learnt throughout the apprenticeship.
Warehousing and Storage
Apprenticeships combine traditional learning alongside working and being assessed within the workplace, by working this way, less experienced employees learn from other experienced professionals with the help of our knowledgeable Assessors and Coaches. Apprenticeships normally take about 12 – 30 months to complete depending on the level, so the learners require complete dedication and support from their Employer.

Supply Chain Warehouse Operative – Level 2
This apprenticeship is ideal for individuals who are in the position or being recruited to a warehouse operative. A typical warehouse operative will probably be undertaking the following activities within the warehouse; taking deliveries, checking for damaged/missing items, storing goods, moving stock, picking and packing, loading goods ready for dispatch, maintaining stock records, maintaining documentation and general cleaning. Individuals may be required to utilise a range of machinery, systems and equipment to carry out their daily tasks.
Warehousing operatives are highly important within the team as they are contributing to meeting customer expectations, providing a quality service alongside their daily tasks, working to deadlines and working under pressure during busier periods.
Individuals will cover aspects including the operation of specialist machinery, specific storage requirements and health and safety issues. This is on top of transferable skills in communication, teamwork and administrative skills in the working environment. Daily duties/tasks depend on the employer.

Functional Skills

Duration
This is depending on the individual, typically this Apprenticeship will take 12-15 months.
Non Levy
Non levy payers are now require to pay 10% contribution to the total training price towards apprenticeships.
